Each Express Class meets 2 times, with a total class time of 8 hours (plus breaks).
February – Fri. the 10th, 5:00-9:30 pm and Sun. the 12th, 2:30-7:00 pm.
March – Sat. the 3rd, 1:00-5:30 pm and Sat. the 10th, 1:00-5:30 pm.

I am currently offering Birth Works childbirth preparation classes in the St. Louis Metro area. In order to make my services available to more expectant parents, I offer 3 different options for your childbirth education:
Full BirthWorks Class Series
Because BirthWorks is designed to be a comprehensive class, with each week building upon the previous, couples will get the most benefit from the 8 week class. Participants will also enjoy the company of other expectant parents each week. Bonds are often built between people sharing a common experience and many of my previous class participants are still in contact with each other today. If you are interested in BirthWorks for your childbirth education, I strongly encourage you to take the full class if at all possible.
- Participants meet each week in a relaxing, laid-back environment
- 8 weeks long, 16 total class hours
- Class size will be limited to 6 couples maximum
- Participants will receive a comprehensive workbook
- Participants will have access to my lending library
- Classes are held at CrossRoads Family Chiropractic (located on Olive just west of 270)

BirthWorks Express Class
While the full 8 week class series is recommended, I realize that this is not always possible for every expectant parent. Whether you just missed out on my most recent 8 week class, your due date is fast approaching or you have scheduling conflicts, the BirthWorks Express Class will meet you where you’re at. In the Express Class, I will highlight some of the key elements that are essential for a positive, healthy birth.
- The class will meet 2 times, 4-1/2 hours each session
- 8 total class hours
- Participants meet in the same relaxing location as the 8 week class
- Class size also limited to 6 couples maximum
- Participants receive a comprehensive workboook

Private BirthWorks Classes
For any number of reasons, expectant parents may not be able to participate in either group class offered. Some expectant parents just prefer the convenience of private classes or strongly desire the customized nature of these sessions. In private classes, I will meet you in your home and will bring the benefits of BirthWorks to you in a personal way. While I come to the private classes with a loose outline, the time spent ultimately belongs to the expectant parents. Because of this, I can devote as much time as you need addressing your specific concerns.
- You choose the number of sessions, based on your needs (minimum of 2 required)
- I will work around your schedule and availability
- Comprehensive workbook is included
- Participants will have access to my lending library
