BirthWorks Childbirth Classes are for any woman with any birthing history. Regardless of the kind of birth you’re planning for, Birthworks will help you gain confidence in your ability to birth, and help partners become aware of ways they can make labor safer and more comfortable. The classes are interactive and provide both a physical and emotional preparation for birth.
Birthworks believes that birth is instinctive…the knowledge about how to give birth exists inside every woman. Since birth is instinctive, I don’t need to “teach” women “how” to give birth. Instead, I help women to have more trust and faith in their own body knowledge that already knows how to give birth, using a wide variety of emotional and physical techiques. This is a unique approach that builds confindence in women and their partners and is transforming in nature. Birthworks is having a positive impact in the St. Louis metro area by building healthier families, one birth at a time.

All participants will have access to my lending library. Additionally, I am available to all of my clients via phone or email, throughout their pregnancy, birth and postpartum, to answer questions or provide emotional support.
